Deploying industry-leading approaches to the twin disciplines of capability building and organisational design and development, Kath believes we all have the power to create a brighter future by being intentional about what we do today and that the best results are achieved when we work together. Most recently, Kath’s been heading collaboration projects to drive meaningful change within both NSW Health and NSW Department of Education.
